Payment of €5,000 reservation fee (fully refundable to signing of Promissory Contract).
Upon signing of contract the balance of 10% of the purchase price (less the reservation fee) is payable.
Progess Payments: A further payment of 15% is due in dec' 08. The final payment of 75% of the purchase price is due on completion - scheduled for early 2010.
